Around every apprentice
A Ministry Mentor from your church gives pastoral oversight and real ministry context. An Academic Mentor from ATI guides the curriculum and assesses each piece of work. A Network Mentor from the wider Aquila network brings outside perspective and peer community. When your apprentice has shown competency in real ministry, your church affirms them and sends them out.
